      STEPs 1 repaired minecraft in win10 programs and files locally
      2 Uninstalled minecraft ...rebooted reinstalled mine craft...rebooted
      3 Uninstalled Java 8U 144. rebooted reinstalled Java 8u 144 and verified the install
      no change in problem
      I click on view report and nothing happens
