Not sure if this is a help request or bug but since I can't get help anywhere else ...
- Mjoang server says everything ok but our launchers all stuck in OFFLINE mode
- Kids and I have tried multiple machines, reset the router and cable modem. No change.
- Happened a day last week as well - lasted almost all day before resolved

Can the https://help.mojang.com/ site at least report the truth? Or if it's US and not the server(s) what can we do?
