Minecraft crashes after 5 minutes of being ingame.

      When ever I enter a world on minecraft, it will always crash when im ingame for more then 5 minutes. It happens every single time i create a new world too. I've tried everything I could I switched updates like going back to 1.11, I've switched accounts, I've even tried uninstalling minecraft and downloading it into a new hard drive and it still does the same thing! Please fix this. Ive been unable to play minecraft sice 1.12 came out.
