      If you would like me to elaborate more or do something for you, I would be pleased to help (as it would help me, of course). Also, I don't care where someone responds to this issue, I will check both sites regularly. Note that I am only coming here because I tried everything that was given to me at the forums, and it has not worked.

      I don't know if you guys would consider this a bug report considering I'm asking for help, but if you do, that would be wonderful.
