General:
Hello, there are 2 Problems with the Minecraft Launcher and the Skins.
First Problem:
When i want to achange the skin, sometimes it wants the 2three questions" and sometimes not, even, if i start the program new, sometimes he wants the "questions" again.

Second Problem:
Often the Skin ist showed correct.
Sometimes it shows my "individual" skin, sometimes randomly others (one was a unknown male, one an unknown female)

I wanted to change my skin and find one in the internet, used it and the Launcher didnt show it many times. Sometimes he showed it, sometimes not, so i "changed" between some skinns and noticed, that, when a skin is changed, the change istn shown correct in many times.

1. Starting Launcher
2. Chanigng Skin (sometimes with entering password as problem 1, sometimes not!)
3. Save Skin
4. Change Menu to news
5. Change Menu to skins
6. Skin is shown correct or not by random

When i close the launcher and reopen - same problem: in some cases (estimated bwetween 25% and 50%) the skin isnt shown correct, it shows another skin.

I dont know, if its shown correct ingame, because there are not many players which i can ask, which skin i wear.
