The Minecraft Launcher does not allow me to sign into my account with its username/email. I have tried to contact you in the past. (With little information) Now I am trying to contact you with some more information. Thank you for your time

I can log into my account onto the Minecraft Launcher but not onto minecraft.net ... I have been trying to change my skin but on the new launcher / minecraft.net I can't change my skin due to the fact Minecraft Launcher does not support skins currently and minecraft.net does not allow me to sign in with my Minecraft account email.
