I expected the launcher to open after I clicked the icon, which is a grassblock, and a transparent box to appear, which it did. But instead of opening the launcher, it stayed around for 8 seconds, then fizzled out.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Find the minecraft launcher icon.
2. Left-click on it.
3. Keep watch on the icon- If the launcher opens, close it and try again.
