Minecraft wont start up!

I expected it so when I opened the new launcher right then I click play I expected it to load and start but what happened was when I clicked play on the latest version but then like when it was at 130+MB it says theres an error and it says "Name: 1.11.2.jar

Exists: file" That's exactly what it says and I have no idea what to do. Ive tried seeing what the problem is and ive even transferred all the files from Temp and opening minecraft but what happens is when it says Theres a file occupying minecraft there is litteraly nothing there so when the error comes up a new file reappears! like what the heck?!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You open up the new minecraft launcher
2. you click play
3. then it says error
