Tried to start up and launch Minecraft using the launcher. However, when I clicked Play the launcher doesn't launch Minecraft. Instead, it just opens up another window of the launcher. I have tried to fix this by reinstalling Minecraft and Java and restarting my Computer but the problems seem to have not gone away, I have also deleted my entire Minecraft directory. At this point, I don't know what to do, the only clue I have about the problem is that in the Launcher log it says, "Game ended with bad state (exit code -1073740791)". It also says that it is trying to delete the versions natives folder.
I have looked everywhere on the internet but none of their solutions have fixed the problem.

P.S: It appears that the latest version of the Minecraft doesn't appear to be added here yet so I chose one that already exists. But the version of the actual Launcher I am using is 1.6.73. Also, I am running Java 8 Update 121 (64 bit). And my Minecraft is Vanilla no mods.
