Ever since the 16w21a snapshot release the Update notes when you are about to press play aren't showing up and effects the skins of other players on servers, realms, and singleplayer.
What i expected to happen:When I get to the play button to play Minecraft I would see the update notes and my skin would show up
What happened:The update notes wouldn't show up and my skin and others would not show, only as default
