When I try to open the launcher, the updater opens. It downloads the runtime (59.55 MB) all the way up to 59.51 MB, gets stuck there for 30 seconds-1 minute, then restarts. It downloads it three times total, and after the third time, it gets stuck for the usual amount of time and then pops up a dialog saying

Minecraft updater [capitalization sic]

Unable to update the Minecraft Native Launcher

EDIT: Duplicate of earlier bug. Don't know how to close this though. Sorry.
