      Damaged Armor's reduced protection doesn't work (snaphot 15w51b)

      What I expected to happen was...:
      To have reduced protection whit a damaged armor

      What actually happened was...:
      That this doesn't work, when the armor is damaged the protection remain the same of a "fresh crafted" armor :v
