The blog view in the new Mac client does not have pixel-based scrolling like the rest of OS X; instead, it has the same line-by-line scrolling found in Windows.

What I expected to happen was...:
Scrolling should be smooth, pixel-based beauty on OS X.

What actually happened was...:
Scrolling was janky, line-by-line like Windows

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the new Minecraft client on OS X.
2. Scroll in the Update Notes panel, in the "Minecraft News" web view
