A Fatal Error stops the first launcher from starting when you open two or more in a short period of time (0-1 second intervals). This error appears just after the starting launcher message during the initial launcher syntax display. The attached is the syntax shown when this error occurs.
I apologize if this bug has already been reported, but I couldn't find it in my brief glance over the recently reported launcher bugs.

NOTE:You may need to shrink the text in the attached file in order to correctly view the error message, even though the text is copied and pasted directly from the launcher. I have found that font size 10.5 is small enough to see each line as it is displayed in the launcher.
