launcher doesn't launch game

      I just bought Minecraft for my kids. I downloaded it. The launcher opened. It has a Play button at the bottom. I hit it. I expected to play minecraft. The launcher closed, and reopened. Over and over. Disappointed kids.

      The Development Console readout is attached. What kind of program expects my kids to be able to read this? I program better stuff than this.
