Go to Launch Java edition and error pops up I have tried for 3 hours to fix it and i can't

What I expected to happen was...:
It install Java and launch But it dosn't

What actually happened was...:

It keeps giving me a Error message i don't understand and no matter what pops up, atm i can only play Bedrock

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Launcher
2. Hit Play button on Minecraft Java (Make sure it is latest version)
3. Error message pops up
