For your information, this bug report uses an experimental version of Mac OS for developers. The Minecraft launcher broke on the latest Beta 6 and Beta 7. It worked fine just 3 days ago on beta 5.

I have done the following to solve the issue.

• Restart the computer
• Reinstall Minecraft Launcher
• Get rid of all my mods

And the issue still persists. The app crashes approximately 5 seconds after launch. I hope this issue gets patched if it's the launcher's fault.
