Can't use 64x64 skins because it's not a 64x64 skin

      So I normally use a 64x64 skin and I never have changed it yet now it's telling me It's NOT a 64x64 skin (you can see I shown the dimensions it was 64x64 and used the same skin yet it's some how not)
