Years ago I got Minecraft bedrock for free with my Xbox. When I got a computer I could still play bedrock, but recently when my game pass subscription ended, i couldn't even open the game launcher. When I deleted and redownloaded the launcher, it said I no longer owned bedrock.

I don't understand, because before this, I could still play bedrock edition on my computer without game pass. But suddenly I can't because it ended?
my new Xbox doesn't say anything about not owning the game, only the fact that I need to pay for game pass to get online multiplayer.
