Launcher Not Working

      When İ open The Launcher it says "Oh no A Problem has Occured Please 
      Restart The Launcher or Report The Bug to bugs.mojang.com" in turkish(i use turkish) And When i restart it doesnt work i tried re installing resetting the launcher it doesnt work this has been a problem for 6-7 months now
