The Bug:

When using the Windows Narrator function in the Launcher's login page, the narrator reads the file path of the allay loading animation. Normally, alt-texts (alternative texts) are used for screen elements like this, making this inconsistent with other parts of the Launcher.

I have attached a screen recording with audio of the narrator reading the Launcher's login page. Below is a table of the transcribed audio from that attachment.

This bug is also reproducible in the latest beta versions b.2.3.647 (New Windows App) and b.2.3.651 (Legacy Windows).

Steps to Reproduce:

• Make sure all Launcher assets are downloaded.
• Activate the Windows Narrator function.
• Close the Launcher.
• Open the Launcher again and select the application window.
• Take note of the narrator reading the file path of the allay loading animation.

To extend the login process and hear the entire string (like in the attached screen recording), try disabling your internet connection.

Observed Behavior:

The narrator reads the file path of the allay loading animation when selecting the Launcher's login page.

Expected Behavior:

The narrator does not read the file path of the allay loading animation when selecting the Launcher's login page, or it reads an appropriate alt-text instead.
