I've been trying for a couple of days now to install Minecraft for Windows. I have tried via Windows Store and via Xbox App. I'm picking up the Minecraft java and bedrock version.
The launcher and Java Edition are getting installed properly. Minecraft for Windows via launcher seems to initiate the download via Windows Store. However it seems like while the download starts , it ends abruptly.
Before coming here I have tried everything between , repairing and redeploying apps and windows store, as well as xbox services. From the launcher log it seems like the source is missing files. I have no issues installing other games via Xbox app or Windows store.
