Whenever I launch the latest vanilla version of the game everything is fine, but when launching anything else, it gives the error "Unable to start Minecraft".  

Going into the installations tab just states "Waiting on install".

I have checked the Microsoft store to see if it downloading anything Minecraft related would solve the issue and there was nothing there.
