Windows 10, Bedrock version, 370GB available on HD drive.

I stopped playing minecraft back when the laucher wasn't necessary to download it. This month, I tried opening the game and it was stuck on version 1.18 I think. After that, I uninstalled the game and downloaded the launcher, that was when I couldn't play the game anymore.
What is happening now is that I'm unable to download the game.
When I click to download Bedrock version and select the local C:, it just show "WAITING FOR INSTALLATION", and nothing happens after this, no matter what.
What I have already tried:
- Uninstalling the Launcher
- Using command WSReset (after Windows + r)
- Unloging my account from both Microsoft Store and Minecraft Laucher
- Tried to see if it's only happening w/ Bedrock version ( it's possible to download Java version, so it's a problem with Bedrock )
- Tried to clean my download list on Store
- Tried to install 'Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC' on store from Game Pass
- Tried REMOVING ALL OLD FILES FROM MINECRAFT I COULD FIND (minecraft itself, assets, mods and shaders)
