Every time I attempt to log into the hypixel server, it gets stuck on the login screen. I hit cancel, and nothing happens, so I control/alt/delete to open task manager, and close the program, which then causes an error message to pop up saying that it has crashed for an unknown reason and gives the error code 1. 

I have power cycled the computer, power cycled the router, uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, and repaired the launcher, all to no effect. 

Please review and fix this issue. Thank you.
