I open my Minecraft Launcher and I watch this error

I reinstalled java, I deactivated my antivirus, I stopped Windows Firewall, I downloaded and started Minecraft Launcher (exe and jar), I removed my .minecraft folder, but the error isn't fixed.

(The Minecraft Launcher can't start)
