1.) Delete %appdata%\.minecraft
2.) downloading a completely fresh, latest version of minecraft.exe from mojang
3.) Run minecraft.exe and it says it loads the default profile but throws an invalid password exception.

It does not even let me enter a password anywhere. The error occurs BEFORE I enter a username or password. I launch minecraft.exe and it goes straight to this exception.

My concern is that you'll see the word "password" and tell me to go reset it or something, so I want to once again underline the point that this happens on a brand-new fresh install of minecraft, with no pre-existing profile information, and I am not even able to enter my credentials. It is a BUG.
