This isn't really a glitch or bug. It's a typo. I noticed that when you select "edit profile" and then select the box next to "use version", that, among the list of previous versions, 1.4.5 and 1.4.6 are switched. I don't know if this was intended or a typo, but I think that if you want it in alphabetical order, 1.4.6 should be listed before 1.4.5. This happens regardless of what version you have. Glad to help.
