I was trying to help my sister set her account up, but when she gets to the spot to make a profile. it says there is an error in making the account. she recently merged her accounts so she is trying to figure out what is going wrong. 

she has spent the last two hours trying to get it to work so we are really wanting to know if there is anything she can't figure out what is wrong.
