When I attempt to Launch Minecraft Java (that I just purchased tonight) a windows dialog box pops up. It says File system error (-2143322101)

It reference this file path

c;\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.497127D64EC6_1.0.104.0_x64_8wekyb3d8bbwee\Minecraft.exe

I have attempted to uninstall the launcher and reinstall it multiple times. I installed the latest version of Java. Needless to say very frustrated. I expect software to just work. I suspect it is an error between my old Xbox account and the fact I have converted to PC.
