Like the title says when ever I try to launch the game I get the error message Couldn't load launcher core from 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\game\launcher.dll': LoadErrorNotPresent. Everything was just working fine two days before, wasn't able to play yesterday, but when I tried today I was unable to log into my microsoft account because I was getting an error telling me I couldn't log in. So I uninstalled everything and tried downloading the new launcher version that just came out. After that is when I started getting the current error, It's present with both the new launcher version and the old launcher version.
