Seemingly upon launching the Minecraft Launcher, my computer will crash - either immediately or in some seemingly arbitrary amount of time afterward. Sometimes, Minecraft itself won't open, and sometimes it will. When it doesn't open, the crash usually comes soon after. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to happen until after I quit Minecraft. The crash is almost always predated with my computer glitching out: inputs will be registered incorrectly (ex: typing "example" might result in "pbrm'at"), applications won't be able to be closed, and trying to start new instances of applications often won't work. When my computer does crash, I get a blue screen with a sad face saying "We're sorry, your PC ran into some issues" and the error code "POWER_DRIVER_STATE_FAILURE."
