On my computers, my Profiles Directory is set to my D: Drive and Windows is installed on the C: Drive. Every time I try to install the new launcher on one of two PC's, I get the following via launcher_log.txt

It seems that for whatever reason, the installer is unable to move a required file from the D: Drive (User Profile) to C: Drive (Windows).
