I cannot find my issue anywhere in here.

Recently, when I've attempted to open my Minecraft launcher, it opens just fine-- Yet, when I click play, It says there's a game already running, yet no open running game is visible. I start It anyway, and it prepares. When its half done preparing, It opens another tab of the launcher, but completely blank. The preparation finishes very quickly all of a sudden, and both tabs just sit there. The game does not open either. I've opened the launcher multiple times, and It has done the exact same thing over and over. I'm not sure what to do.
