Launcher won't open at all

      Tried to open the launcher today and it will not open at all. Ran as administrator, does not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, does not open. Updated java, does not open. I do not have a third party anti-virus program installed. 

      Launcher worked previously approximately 2 years ago. Haven't found any fixes.  Using an Lenovo Legion Y530 with an Intel i7 processor, NTX 1050 Ti, 16 GB RAM, 64-bit OS.
