The bug

2.2.186x added page change animations, and when these are turned on, every page change is supposed to play one of these animations. However, there is one case where this animation fails to play, and that is the Settings page.

When switching between tabs for the first time while within the Settings section, no animation is played. The way the Settings section is accessed doesn't seem to affect this issue, as opening the section from the button in the bottom left or by clicking the 'Manage accounts' button in the account dropdown menu both will cause the same issue.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Minecraft Launcher
2. Select the Settings button (bottom left)
3. Switch between the current tab and another tab
   No page change animation is shown

The video I've attached shows switching between the General and About tab, but this works with the Accounts tab too. I've decided not to include that tab for privacy.
