the "update notes" do not show 1.16.4 pre-release 1, but the installations do

      When the version appeared: 1.16.4 pre release 1, if this version could be used in the installation of "last snapshot" but in the section of "update notes" it does not appear (the most recent one that appears is 1.16.3) even if I restart the launcher
