We've tried multiple times do download the Extreme Skyblock map using the online store on a iPod Touch running Minecraft 13.3 Pocket Edition. The iPod has plenty of storage available. 

After approving the purchase, the "Purchase in progress This shouldn't take long" window appears and never goes away (see visual attached to bug report). We've tried restarting the iPod and restating. This doesn't help.

We tried repurchasing it. We get the message that we already own it and the download starts again.
