Running Windows 10, with the latest launcher, and all my drivers are up to date (yes... I did specifically do the driver updates for my intel graphics)

As soon as I try launching minecraft, the launcher goes away and after 5 seconds it says "ERROR Game crashed An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
I enabled log tracking, and first I got an exit error code of 3, and then 1, but both times it included the follow error:
"Problematic frame:
C [KERNELBASE.dll+0x3a839]
Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows"
