I keep trying to connect a certain server and it keeps crashing and says:

io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information.

first I could easily join, but the connection would now and then crash and I'd have reload the Minecraft Launcher all together in order to reconnect.

but  now It doesn't connect anymore, it's soo annoying help me please.

the server name is: slogoman.mcs.cx

this bugs.mojang.com asked me to enter Affects Version, I'm a noob, I have no idea what that means. nor do I know what to enter at components and Environment
