Various elements of the new Minecraft Launcher are quite blurry until they are interacted with in some way. I've seen this issue with other applications such as Discord and it stems from hardware acceleration with certain GPUs. Some GPUs misbehave and make things blurry instead of smooth. Adding an option to turn off hardware acceleration for the launcher would solve this easily. Below is an Imgur link containing a visual of the issue.
