      Description

      When using Minecraft.exe. I cannot launch the game.

      Please do not just link this as a duplicate to MCL346 as it is not the same issue from all I can see on that page!!

      • please help as I am unable to play my game!

      1. I have tried on 2 Desktops both have the same config as above.
      2. I have REPEATEDLY uninstalled and reinstalled JAVA even using Revo without success
      3. I have uninstalled Minecraft (.minecraft) without success
      4. I have repeatedly disabled ESET's Firewall and Anti-virus during the install/uninstall process without success
      5. I have tried the "old version of Installer (previous to 1.5.2) and it appears to interact with Java OK
      6. I have launched "minecraft_server.1.6.2.exe" and it appears to work with Java but I do not see how it is used

      I get the following error every time:
