The position of the launcher's window does not adapt itself, when task bar is not in the default position

      So, as the title says, whenever you open the launcher and your task bar is not at the bottom of the screen, it will get cut off and, to solve that, you need to resize the window. Also, because it gets cut off, you can't close, minimize or resize it using the Windows buttons on it. Also, this problem has been happening ever since the newly designed, not Java-based launcher got introduced.

       

      Here are some images of what is happening:

      So, first, I made the launcher fill my entire screen, except for the task bar's space, of course.

       

      Then, closed it and opened it again.

      As you can see, the top section of the window got cut off.

       

      To demonstrate that this only happens when the task bar is not in the bottom position, I also took some other screenshots.

       

      When the task bar is in the bottom position, everything is fine:

       

      And when it is sideways, the window could fill the entire height of the screen, but doesn't:
