Whenever I try to load any of the 1.14 snapshots with the bundled Java runtime, the game tends to completely freeze partway through the startup progress bar, and my only option is to force quit out of it only for it to happen the next time I launch it.
I've found that it consistently works when I use the bundled java.exe runtime instead of the bundled javaw.exe runtime, but I would like to get to the bottom of why the bundled javaw runtime doesn't work for me anymore as it has for every other Minecraft version. This didn't start too long ago, and nothing else seems to help with it (the latest runtimes from Oracle crash immediately, and the issue persists for beta and non-beta launcher versions).
Attached is a log file from launching with the bundled javaw runtime. The errors to do with "Broken/missing pack.mcmeta" also occur with the java runtime, and only for 1.14 snapshots. I'm not sure if those have anything to do with it, but they've been a problem for about as long as this issue has been too.
(Also, apologies if this is not the right place to report this issue; I can move this over to the Minecraft Java Edition project if need be.)
