Fatal error everytime I click PLAY in the launcher.....

      I recently downloaded and installed Minecraft on my new PC and the game wont launch when I press play in the launcher. Every time I try to play, I get the same error message. I did some searching online and through this site, but I haven't been able to get a working solution yet. Please help!! Thanks,
