My game character got deleted, meaning I lost my progress (levels, items and emeralds). My name in-game name is UpbeatDragon564, first i thought that maybe it was a bug when i logged in for the second time. But after restarting the game another day, I still didn't have my character back. Instead I once again had to choose language and tts-setting once again.

My character was level 10 (almost 11), and I had a power-level of around 14-16.

Happened to me again, it is like my whole account got reset (audio and video settings, characters). Is it supposed to be like this, just finding it weird how this hasn't happened to my firends but only to me.
