This area near the start of the cave section in Soggy Swamp has its respawn point positioned directly above an out-of-bounds area.

Rolling into this area (as I did to escape a raid captain) triggers an inescapable respawn loop. In this area, you cannot roll or move, and using Return to Checkpoint just respawns you here. Certain artifacts do not function here, specifically pets and movement-based ones, like the Light Feather. Respawning will leave you on a minimum of 1 health, and mobs do not seem to approach or attack you. There could be a way to escape if you were playing multiplayer, but if you're solo the only option is to quit the mission.
