Hello,
I bought the Flames of the Nether DLC and downloaded it on my PC.  My son played it for just about 10 minutes but then it crashed. We tried to open it and all goes well until we ‘Travel to Camp.’ A treasure chest appears and when opened shows us the Powershaker. When we click ‘To Camp’ the game crashes and sends us the report in black.

I have done everything I could possibly think of to repair and update (computer, graphics card, apps, the whole bit) to fix this but to no avail. I think my last resort is to uninstall and reinstall but I am loath to do so and loose all of my son’s work. I’d be happy to do it if I had a guaranteed way to save his work (can I slap it on my external hard drive, then add it back?). Is there a simpler solution that I don’t know about?
