The Dark Katana's sound effect only finishes playing after you close your inventory. Simply drag it around the backpack and only half of the sound effect will play.

The sound effect can stack, and the more times you move the dark katana inside your inventory, the louder the sound effect gets.

This is NOT the case with the storage chest, where the sound plays in its entirety!
