When I load into Minecraft Dungeons I can get to the screen in which I can edit setting and choose the hero to play as. However, when I go into my main hero with the highest level and most time put into them my game crashes with this error code: CE:34878-0

I was suggested the following: 

• Send error report
• Restart my system (full reboot)
• Clear my cache
• Clear my game cache
• Uninstall and reinstall my game
• Clear my local data

I have done all the above and sent around 7 - 10 error reports each time it has happened. It doesn't affect characters that I create now moving forward. Just my oldest character that I have used for 100% of my game time. 

I would like a solution that would allow me to continue playing this character or at the very least keep my gear and level, as I have placed a lot of effort into it, and gone through many seasons with them. 

When I deleted my local hero LVL-234 I grabbed their data from the cloud and tried and the error continued. I believe that this character data itself is corrupted and I need someone to make that specific character playable again.
